Master of Laws (LL.M.) with honors in International Tax Law presso l’Università di Vienna (Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law).

Già Presidente della Commissione Internazionalizzazione e Fiscalità Internazionale dell’Unione Nazionale Giovani Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili, è Presidente del Collegio dei Probiviri dell’Unione Giovani Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili di Milano.

Si occupa prevalentemente di reddito d'impresa, fiscalità europea ed internazionale, fiscalità delle persone fisiche e tassazione degli artisti e degli sportivi.

È autore di numerose pubblicazioni in materia tributaria  e partecipa regolarmente a convegni come relatore.

Chartered accountant and auditor. Degree in Economics.

He holds an LL.M. Degree (with honors) in International Tax Law at Vienna University of Economics and Business (Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law). Elio also received the TEP designation (Trust and Estate Practitioner), the top tier of STEP qualification.

Former Chairman of the International Tax Committee within the Association of Young Chartered Accountants in Italy.

His main areas of competence are corporate taxation, European and international tax law, private clients as well as taxation of artists and sportspersons.

He is also the author of several publications in the field of international and European tax law as well as speaker in a number of conferences in Tax Law.
